  • 1 cucumber
  • 10 small dice of feta
  • One half red onion, chopped

  • 1 spoonful of red wine vinegar (30 g)
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Start by washing all ingredients: tomatoes, cucumber, onion, avocado, and parsley. Peel the cucumber and cut into strips, then chop the onion and parsley.
  • If you wish, you can cut the cherry tomatoes in half. In this way, they will also taste the seasoning and will be better.
  • Now peel the avocado, remove the center core and cut into pieces.
