Massaging this point every day will relieve you of your chronic fatigue, stress and insomnia
In Chinese alternative medicine, the point "San Jiao Yin" represents an important point. The latter is located on the inner part of the tibia, at the level of the foot. Massaging this point will help you sleep better and soothe your pains.
How to do this massage:
- You must first locate the exact location of the "San Jiao Yin" point.
- To determine the latter, simply place 4 fingers above your ankle on the inside of your legs. The point "San Jiao Yin" should be under your index.
- Once it is located, you can press it and start the massage.
For best results, it is recommended to do this massage for 10 minutes, the night before bed. But you can also do it at any time of day if needed.
