Nutritionists have always told us that the most important meal of the day was breakfast. Eating well in the morning guarantees you to be functional throughout the day. So here's the perfect breakfast made with chia seeds and oats to prepare even the day before to be sure to eat the next morning.
You will need: 1 ½ glass of semi

skimmed milk (300 ml), 1 spoonful of honey of bee (25 g), 4 spoonfuls of chia seeds (60 g), 2 spoonfuls of oatmeal g) ½ banana

Mix the milk and honey in a glass and add the chia seeds and oatmeal and mix. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator and stir. Cover again, place in refrigerator.
The amount prepared is equivalent to two portions. In each serving, add a few ripe banana rings.
